RETURN POLICY​

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you need to request a return, please contact Dose of Luxe within 72 hours of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact same condition as received, with all included accessories or accompanying items returned in the same condition. The Dose of Luxe identification tag must remain attached using the original method.

Items paid in full at the time of purchase are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price. Items purchased through an Installment Plan are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. The return package must be shipped within 48 hours of contacting Dose of Luxe, insured for the full purchase amount, and include tracking information provided to Dose of Luxe.

Please do not remove the identification tag until you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Items with the tag removed cannot be accepted for return.

STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN:

1. Email Dose of Luxe within 72 hours of receiving your item: Luxury@doseofluxe.com

2. Ship the item back within 48 hours of notifying us.

3. Return shipping requirements:

   1. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

   2. Package must be insured for the original purchase price

   3. Tracking number must be provided to Dose of Luxe

   4. Item must be packaged securely to prevent damage

4. Returned items must arrive:

   1. In the exact same condition as received

   2. With all included items/accessories in the same condition

   3. With the Dose of Luxe identification tag still attached
