RETURN POLICY

The purchaser has 72 hours after receiving their shipment to request to return items for a refund as long as the item, and any other item that came with the item, are in the exact condition as when they were received.  Items paid in full at the time of initial purchase will be eligible for the full purchase price refund. A 25% restocking fee will be applied on items purchased using an Installment Plan.

The purchaser has 48 hours to mail the item back after contacting Dose of Luxe concerning the return. Return shipping will be at the expense of the purchaser with the shipment insured for the full purchased amount of the item/items and a tracking number must be provided to Dose of Luxe.

If the item’s identification tag is removed from the item, the item will no longer be accepted as a return. Please do not remove tag until you 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is our customers know as much about the condition of our products as possible before they purchase so we provide detailed images and descriptions of the items, including any and all defects.

 

STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN:

  • Contact Dose of Luxe, via email, within 72 hours of recieving the item

  • Return items must be shipped within 48 hours of notifying Dose of Luxe 

  • Ship the item back to Dose of Luxe

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost

    • Package must be insured for original purchase price

    • Provide a tracking number to Dose of Luxe

    • Items must be packaged securely to prevent damages

  • Return items must be received by Dose of Luxe in the following condition:

    • In the exact same condition as they were received

    • With all items that accompanied the item in the exact same condition as they were received

    • With identification tag still attached with the original method
